DEPOSIT FOR VILLAS AND APARTMENTS:

 In all our accommodations a deposit must be paid.

The deposit may vary depending on the type of villa or apartment you rent.

In the file for each accommodation there is information regarding the damage deposit and the amount requested.

The deposit will be blocked from a bank card upon arrival.

 

The deposits will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days after your departure and after verifying

that the accommodation is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Upon arrival we will give you information on how the accommodation should be delivered.

(it is not allowed to leave garbage in the house, tidy kitchen, clean barbecue, etc...).

 

In the event that upon arrival you find damage: please notify us immediately.

Claims will be accepted within a maximum of 24 hours following check-in, notifying you via WhatsApp, SMS or email (you will always receive a confirmation from us as we have received the notice).

In this case, we will solve them as quickly as possible.
