Beautiful apartment recently renovated in winter 2022-23, with a garden located in the exclusive urbanization of Cala Canyelles, just 120m from Canyelles beach.

The apartment has 2 entrances: on foot through the side door of the house, going down some stairs, or by a ramp to lower the car and park it in the garden of the house.

You will be able to park the car inside the property (garden).

On the upper floor of the house, sometimes lives the owner of the house, which has totally independent access. The use of the garden, barbecue and lower floor is for the exclusive use of our tenants.

About 20m. is one of the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret, where the community pool is located.

To access the community pool we will give you a ticket that will allow you entry during the pool's opening hours completely free of charge.

In the pool area you can also enjoy a small bakery and a bar.

Exclusive location, you can walk to the beach, without having to look for parking.

The urbanization where the house is located, has stairs that go down to the beach or the marina, exclusive for the residents of the area.

Refundable deposit of €300. The day of arrival the amount will be paid by bank card or cash. Said amount will be reimbursed upon departure within a maximum period of 7 days following departure and after verifying that the house is in the same conditions.
