The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has approximately 70m2 distributed on one floor:

Parking inside the house (we emphasize that they must be tall cars) for 1-2 cars or on the street, the area is a residential area so it is super quiet.

Barbecue, swimming pool for the exclusive use of our clients and area with table and chairs next to the pool and the barbecue to enjoy the long summer nights.

On the upper floor of the house, the owners of the house sometimes live, who have totally independent access.

The use of the rear garden, pool, barbecue and lower floor is for the exclusive use of our tenants.

Located in a very quiet and residential area, it is only 20 km from Lloret de Mar and about 22 km from the main beaches and coves of Lloret de Mar (Lloret beach, Fenals beach, Sa Boadella, Cala Canyelles, Cala Teumal ...).

The nearest supermarket is about 4.6 km. of the house with everything you need for your daily purchases.

Refundable deposit of 300€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES:
