Villa Can Jordi is a beautiful house located in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

A few km from the center of Lloret, beaches and supermarkets. The Water World Park, a water park in Lloret de Mar, visited by many tourists every year, is located a few meters from the house.

The house has approximately 130m2 on one floor:

At the entrance of the house, you will find a large terrace with fruit trees.

Access from the street to a large area to leave cars inside the property. You can also park your car on the street without problem, since it is a very quiet and residential area.

The house is accessed at the foot of the street, without stairs, the house is distributed on one floor.

The private pool is located at the front of the house, with mountain views. The pool has sun all day in summer. On the terrace around the pool you will find sun loungers and an umbrella.

Villa Can Jordi is located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 4km from the center and 4km from the main beaches of Lloret.

You will find BUS stops heading to Lloret at different points in the urbanization.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
