booking procedure:

Once you have decided to rent an accommodation with us, fill in the reservation form that you will find

in the tab of each accommodation.

 

We will send you the information we need to start the reservation. We will reply shortly.

BOOKING INFO:

In high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (July and August).

In medium or low season there is no restriction with the day of the week, possibility of renting a minimum of 2 nights.

 

To confirm a reservation, the first payment of 30% must be made to our bank account within 3 days after signing the contract.

This payment can be made by bank transfer.

 

  Final payment must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your rental.

Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder email with all the information.

 

In the event that your arrival is within 8 weeks after the reservation date,

the payment of 100% of the total amount is required.

 

 

DEPOSIT INFO / DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

In the tab of each accommodation you will find the information regarding the damage deposit and the amount requested.

The deposit may be paid in cash, blocked on a credit card upon your arrival,

or through bank transfer (we must receive it at least 7 days before your arrival).

Let us know if this option is chosen by you and we will tell you how to carry out the process.

 

 

On your departure (check-out) we will check the house. The deposit will be returned in a maximum of 7 days by bank transfer or unlocking the established amount from your bank card (depending on the option you have chosen upon arrival). You will receive an e-mail informing you of the return.

REGISTRATION OF ALL TENANTS DURING THE RESERVATION:

According to Catalan law, we are obliged to send the police a register of all the people staying in our accommodation.

During the reservation process, you will need to register everyone traveling in your group (including children and babies), we will indicate during the reservation process the information we need (sending identity cards or passports).

In the case of children without an identity card or passport, we will need the data from the family book.

Driver's licenses are not accepted for guest registration.
