*Towels are available upon request and there is a €10/person supplement (not mandatory).
During peak season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (mid-July and August), but some accommodations may have exceptions.
You can check the updated availability on each accommodation's calendar.
During mid-season and low-season, there are no restrictions on the day of the week, and many of our accommodations offer a minimum 2-night stay.
To confirm a reservation: a 30% deposit of the total rental cost and a signed contract are required within 3 days of the rental start date.
Payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we receive payment and a signed contract within the stipulated timeframe.
The final payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your rental. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder email with all the information.
If your arrival is within 8 weeks of the reservation date, 100% of the total amount is required.
Tourist tax not included in the rental price.
Each property listing contains information regarding the damage deposit and the required amount.
The deposit will be held on your bank card upon arrival.
Upon your departure (check-out), we will inspect the property.
The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days by releasing the specified amount from your bank card.
You will receive an email confirming the refund upon your departure.
For arrivals arranged and confirmed with us outside of normal check-in hours:
- You will need to send us the damage deposit plus tourist tax via bank transfer one week prior to your arrival.
- In these cases, the deposit will be refunded upon departure via bank transfer.

If you need to cancel a reservation before the start of the rental period, you must notify us of your decision immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to [email protected]. We do not accept cancellations by post due to the slow processing time, nor by phone message.
Any cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:
- If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival: loss of 30% of the total rental amount.
- If you cancel 8 weeks or less before arrival: loss of 100% of the total rental amount.
We recommend that our clients purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to protect themselves in case it becomes necessary to cancel their vacation.
Please note that we use this payment to quickly re-list the property at a reduced or last-minute price.
The client will always lose the amount paid in the event of cancellation or failure to show up on the day of check-in.
We strongly recommend to our clients to purchase a travel insurance in case of unexpected cancellations.
According to Spanish law, we are required to submit a guest registration form to the authorities.
During the booking process, you must register all individuals traveling in your group (including children and infants).
We will send you a booking link to register all guests in your reservation.
Please note that this information is required by the Spanish and Catalan governments.
If you fail to provide the requested information or fill in all the details incorrectly, the reservation will be canceled without any refund of the amount paid to date.
