What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation by the tenant:

If a tenant considers it necessary to cancel a reservation before the start of the rental period, he must notify us of his decision immediately. Cancellations must be made  sending an email to our email address at vacancesvillaslloret@gmail.com We do not accept cancellations by postal letter due to the slowness of the letter's delivery time, nor by phone.

Any cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:

- If you cancel more than 8 weeks  before arrival: loss of 30% of the total rental sum.

- If you cancel 8 weeks or less before arrival: 100% loss of the total rental sum.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to protect themselves if it becomes necessary to cancel their vacation.

Please note that we use this payment to quickly re-rent the property at the reduced or last-minute rate.
