DEPOSIT FOR VILLAS AND APARTMENTS:

 

In all our accommodations it is necessary a deposit.

The deposit may be different, depending villa or apartment that you rent.

In the rental contract you will be informed of the amount of the deposit.


We offer 2 possibilities to pay the deposit:

- By credit card: highlighting that it will be a "pre-authorization", in no case will any amount be charged if there are no damages.

- In cash upon arrival. In this case, in the annex to the contract, we will need you to indicate the bank account to make the return when you leave the accommodation.

 

 The deposits will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days after your departure and after verifying

that the accommodation is in the same state in which it was delivered.

Upon arrival we will give you the information on how the accommodation should be delivered

(It is not allowed to leave garbage in the house, tidy kitchen, etc ...).


In the event that you find any damage upon arrival: please notify us immediately.

Claims will be accepted in a maximum of 24 hours after check-in, notifying it through whastapp, SMS or mail (you will always receive a confirmation from us as we have received the notice).

In this case, we will solve them as quickly as possible.
