PROBLEMS DURING THE STAY, WHO DO WE CONTACT?

 

We review the accommodations in detail so that upon arrival everything is in perfect condition. We are a small family agency and details are very important to us and to offer a high quality service to our clients.

Unfortunately sometimes problems can arise that we cannot predict.

Upon arrival at our offices, during check-in, we will give you a folder with all the information about the villa and our contact numbers and emergency numbers.

Any damage or problem in the accommodation upon arrival, please notify us immediately, within 24 hours, to manage it as soon as possible. The communication of defects must be made in writing (mail or SMS).
