Located in a very quiet area just 7.5 km from Lloret de Mar.

For families, the maximum capacity is 9 people.

* The house has air conditioning, but only in some rooms.

With air conditioning: the living/dining room, the double bedroom on the main floor, and two upstairs bedrooms.

Ceiling fans are available in two bedrooms on the main floor.

* Toys and children's books are not included + high chair and baby cot.

Large garden with artificial grass

Covered area with table and chairs next to the house entrance, with access to the kitchen and living room.

Villa Bello Monte is located in a quiet residential area, away from the noise of Lloret's town center, but only 7.5 km from the center and 9 km from Lloret's main beaches.

At the entrance to the residential area, you will find a bakery with a small supermarket.

Bus stops for Lloret are located at various points within the residential area.

DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit of 700€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, will be paid from the credit card or in cash.

The amount will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
