Villa Áncora is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Blanes, 450m from Cala Sant Francesc.

Large, fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear barbecue area.

Upper floor:

3 double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms.

Sea views from the upper floor rooms.

Villa Áncora has a large plot of land surrounding the entire house, with natural grass, large covered terraces, and a large barbecue area at the rear.

You can enjoy the best restaurants (just a few meters from the house), botanical gardens, horse riding, a water park, supermarkets, our incredible beaches, shops, restaurants...

Cala Sant Francesc beach is the closest beach to Villa Áncora, approximately 450 meters away, and the center of Blanes is only 1.1 km from the villa.

DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit of 800€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, will be paid from the credit card or in cash.

The amount will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSES ROULE'S:

- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed.
