The nearest beach is about 12 km away and the first supermarket located in the town of Vidreres is only 3.7 km from the house.

Located just 11km from Lloret de Mar and about 12km from the main beaches and coves of Lloret de Mar (Lloret beach, Fenals beach, Sa Boadella, Cala Canyelles, Cala Teumal...).

The urbanization has a small supermarket and bar. Our tenants will be able to enjoy the sports area of the urbanization with basketball, tennis, soccer and ping-pong courts.

DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit of 500€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, will be paid from the credit card or in cash.

The amount will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
