Villa Irene is a beautiful house located in a quiet, residential area just minutes from Lloret de Mar, with stunning sea views and a private infinity pool.

Located in a very peaceful area, only 3 km from the beach and 4 km from Lloret.

For families, the capacity is 8 persons.

For groups of friends, the capacity is 6 persons.

The house is accessed via stairs. Right next to it is a ramp for driving up. Once at the top, you can park your car on level ground or leave it on the street, as it is a very quiet residential area.

The pool is located at the front of the house, offering plenty of privacy and incredible views.

Situated in a very quiet, residential area, you can enjoy the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife just a few kilometers away.

The nearest beach is Canyelles Beach, only 3 km from the villa. It's one of the best beaches in Lloret de Mar for families, home to some of the town's most prestigious restaurants and a marina with water sports for the whole family.

The nearest supermarket is about 3 km away, and the town center is 4 km away.

DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit of 500€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, will be paid from the credit card or in cash.

The amount will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES:
