Villa Paradise is a beautiful house with panoramic sea views.

It is located in a very quiet, residential area of Lloret de Mar, just 3 km from the fantastic Canyelles beach and only 3 km from the center of Lloret de Mar.

The house has 150 m², distributed over two floors:

The house is accessed via stairs from the street to the first floor.

Main floor:

Spacious living room with TV, opening onto the front terrace with a table, chairs, and two designer sun loungers, offering panoramic sea views!

Large, fully equipped kitchen with access to a side terrace where the barbecue is located.

1 bedroom with 2 single beds

1 bathroom with shower

Upper floor:

2 bedrooms, each with two single beds

1 bathroom with shower

Stairs lead to the private swimming pool located on the top floor. Surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and a garden, with incredible sea views.

The house has Wi-Fi internet access.

Villa Paradise stands out for its abundant natural light thanks to its large windows, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, barbecue, private pool, and sunshine all day long.

There is no garage available at this house. However, this won't be a problem as the house is located in a very quiet residential area, and you can park your car on the street right in front of the villa.

Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the best restaurants along the nearest beach, Cala Canyelles, or in the center of Lloret with its shops and nightlife. 

The nearest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3 km from the villa. It is one of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar, home to some of the town's most prestigious restaurants and a marina with water sports for the whole family.

The nearest supermarket is about 3.5 km away, where you'll find everything you need for your daily shopping.

The center of Lloret is just 4 km from the villa. Lloret offers ample parking so you can easily start enjoying our unique town. Tossa de Mar, a charming town well worth a visit, is also just a few kilometers from the house.

DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit of 500€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, will be paid from the credit card or in cash.

The amount will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are allowed.

- In this house pets are not allowed.
