Villa Wilma is a beautiful semi-detached house with air conditioning, a communal swimming pool, and a large garden with recently replaced artificial grass.

It is located in the Fenals area, just 800 meters from the beach and about 950 meters from the center of Lloret de Mar.

Each house in the community has a door on the terrace area, providing direct access to the communal garden and swimming pool.

Maximum capacity:

For families, the capacity is 9 persons.

For groups of friends, the capacity is 7 persons.

Main floor:

Garage at street level, with space for 1 car inside and 1 car outside. From the garage, you can access the living room.

Villa Wilma is located in an exclusive area due to its proximity to the beach, very close to playgrounds, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and more.

The Fenals area is a popular spot in the summer and offers a variety of water sports on the beach.

You'll enjoy restaurants with large terraces right next to the beach, as well as the beautiful Santa Clotilde Gardens just a few meters away.

It's ideal for a dream vacation without needing a car, as all amenities are nearby: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches, and public transport.

DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit of 500€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, will be paid from the credit card or in cash.

The amount will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

 - In this house groups of young people are allowed. Only respectful groups are allowed and with prior authorization from us.
