Villa Áncora is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Blanes, 450m from Cala Sant Francesc.

This villa stands out for its spacious rooms, large terraces, and a large garden with natural grass and all-day sun.

There is a large pool next to the dining room and an outdoor table in the front of the house and in the barbecue area.

The house is 160 m2 and is divided into two floors:

At the entrance to the villa, you will find ample parking for 2-3 cars (depending on the size).

The villa is accessed via an external staircase.

Main floor:

Large living room with TV, large sofas, and a dining table. Access to the garden and pool.

Villa Áncora has a large plot of land surrounding the entire house, with natural grass, large covered terraces, and a large barbecue area at the rear.

You can enjoy the best restaurants (just a few meters from the house), botanical gardens, horse riding, a water park, supermarkets, our incredible beaches, shops, restaurants...

Cala Sant Francesc beach is the closest beach to Villa Áncora, approximately 450 meters away, and the center of Blanes is only 1.1 km from the villa.

Refundable deposit of 500€. This amount must be paid by bank card or cash on the day of arrival. This amount will be refunded upon departure within 7 days of departure and after checking that the property is in the same condition.

HOUSES ROULE'S:
