  • In high season the rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.                                                                                                                                      In low season you can rent  some of our villas for a minimum of 2 nights. 
  • In each of the pages of our accommodations, you will find all the necessary information, as well as number of beds, number of bathrooms....  In any case, do not hesitate to contact us for additional information you may need, it will be a pleasure to help you. 
  • The check-in is between 16h to 20h.                                                                                                                                                                            The check-out is before 10h                                                                                                                                                                                          For arrivals outside the stipulated schedule (maximum 12 a.m) it must be agreed before your arrival (this service has an additional cost).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The check-in will be done in our office, located in Cala Canyelles. Our services are characterized by a personalized and direct service with our tenants, so we will be available for any questions or problems you may have during your holidays.                                            Due to the large volume of work we have on Saturdays in high season, the months of June, July and August mainly, (we only have 6 hours to clean, prepare and review in detail before the arrival of the next customers), it is not possible to check-in before 16h or Check-out after 10h. 
  • During your stay do not hesitate to contact us to hire additional services: extra cleaning service, cook for a special night, taxi, tourist information, etc ... We will find a solution to your request, do not hesitate.
  • Animals are welcome, but unfortunately not all houses are accepted.                                                                                                                    Pets are not allowed in any of our villas without our consent, request it and we will include it in the rental contract.                                  It is completely prohibited to leave the pets alone (inside or outside) in our villas.
  • Our houses are located mainly in Lloret de Mar, in different urbanizations a few kilometers from the beach and the center in a quiet and residential areas. In any case, it is not our responsibility or from the owner if during your holidays have repairs or constructions in the nearby area.                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Our agency will not be responsible if the measurements of the parking spaces included in the our houses, are not enough for your car. In any case, most of our homes are located in very quiet residential areas, with no inconvenience to park on the street.
  • In all our accommodations a deposit must be paid: it will be charged by credit card during check-in or we will block the amount of the credit card. This amount will be returned or un-blocked 7 days after checking that the house is in the same condition it was delivered.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Claims will be accepted within 24 hours of check-in. In this case, we will solve them as quickly as possible.                                                                         

  • Almost all our accommodations have free WIFI internet connection.                                                                                                                      We remember you that are not connections in any case of Fiber Optic connection, but it is a sufficient connection to navigate in Internet, whatsapp, google or skype ..... The speed depends on the situation of the house and the persons connected to the network in the zone, but approximately they are between 1Mb and 3Mb.                                                                                                                            In the case that the house does not have it, we can not do anything to solve it (it depends on many factors such as problems with coverage).
  • The house that you have rented will be cleaned and will be checked and prepared the day of your arrival. We hire professional companies, and maintain a high level of cleanliness. On the day of the check out, you must leave the house in the same conditions you found it. You have to tidy up the kitchen, empty the dishwasher, throw the garbage, clean the barbecue, etc...                                The bed linen and towels, please leave them next to the entrance door. In cases where the house is returned in poor condition, a penalty will be charged on the deposit.
  • Our accommodations have a maximum capacity that can not be ecxeeded. Do not hesitate to contact us if your group is bigger than the one allowed in the house, we will look for a solution. In the rental contract you will find the number of people authorized to stay in the house. Any notice of over-occupancy of the house, will have high penalties on bail as well as immediate expulsion.
  • Bed linen and towels: all our homes have pillows and blankets  on all beds. We have at your disposal the rental of sheets and towels for your stay. Do not hesitate to let us know before your arrival ( minimum 2 weeks before, in high season) to guarantee availability.  To guarantee the safety of our clients from the Covid-19: additional blankets, duvets, additional cushions will not be found in the cabinets freely available, but will be on request in our offices. You can bring what you need from your home or upon request we will give you what you need ( according to availability).                                                                                                                                                                                                           
  • Cots and baby chair: We have at your disposal the rental of cots (they are folding cradles, travel) or baby seats.                                    The prices are: cots 25€/stay or baby chair 20€/stay. We have a limited units, so please make a reservation with enough time to ensure availability.                   
  • The cleaning and maintenance of the pool will be done weekly by our staff, usually early in the morning, but it is not always possible. Maintenance personnel always have access outside of the house to perform their maintenance tasks, pool or gardens during morning or afternoon.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • All our accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to spend your holidays. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit with: 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher tablets, coffee paper filters. For more specific questions of each accommodation, do not hesitate to contact us.                                                                                                                            
  • Vacances & Villas Lloret can never be held liable for any variation or change in the descriptions or facilities of the accommodation / website. Vacances & Villas Lloret is not liable for third-party services that were inaccessible during your holiday for whatever reason as well as community pools, even if they are indicated in descriptions such as swimming pools, play areas, restaurants, shops, etc ...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
  • Vacances & Villas Lloret and the owner can never be held liable for any accident, injury, theft, damage or loss that the tenant or her companions may suffer caused to/or by tenants for any reason during the stay, indicated in the rental agreement.
  •                                         

 According to the law 5/2012 a new tax is applied on stays of tourist accommodation for people over 16 years: 1€/person/day. With a maximum of 7 days. This rate is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 

To make a reservation for one of our Villas or Apartments:                                                                                                                                     To book a house contact us through the form, email or phone.

To confirm a reservation, the first payment of 30% must be in our bank account within 3 days of signing the contract. This payment may be done by bank card or bank transfer.

 

The final payment must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your rental. Do not worry as we will send you a reminder by email with all the information. If payment of the final balance is not forthcoming by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the property.

In the event that your arrival is within 8 weeks of the reservation date, payment of 100% of the total amount is required. If the final balance payment is not made on the due date, we reserve the right to re-rent the property and to cancel the reservation without complaint or claim. In the case of payments agreed on the day of arrival, we inform that in the event that the tenant does not appear at our offices to make the agreed payment, Vacances & Villas Lloret (his representative) will claim the amount to the extent that it deems appropriate, together with the damages that for this reason it may have been caused by the tenant.

Please note that until we receive the amount of the reservation in our bank account and the contract signed the reservation is in no case confirmed.

If you wish to pay by credit card: please note that the surcharge is 2% on the price to be paid.

 

According to Catalan legislation, we are obliged to send to the police a record of all the people staying. During the reservation process, you will have to register all the people traveling in your group (including children and babies), we will tell you what we need. . In the case of children without an identity card or passport, we will need the family book data. 

 

EXPENSES FOR RESERVATION ANNULMENT:

Cancellation by the tenant:

If a tenant finds it necessary to cancel a reservation before the start of the rental period, they must notify us immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing by sending a message to our e-mail or telephone and also in a message (e-mail). The cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:

-60+ days notice before arrival date: 30% loss of total rental sum.    

-60 to 30 days notice before arrival date : 100% loss of total rental sum.

We recommend our clients take out travel insurance at the time of booking to protect themselves if it is necessary to cancel their holidays.

 

Cancellation by Vacances & Villas Lloret: 

If any circumstance requires the cancellation of a house already rented for the holidays, the tenant will receive a direct notification and, if possible, an alternative will be offered. If the tenant does not accept this alternative, or if it is not possible to offer an alternative, the total amount already paid by the tenant will be returned immediately. The tenant cannot claim Vacances & Villas Lloret any other amount.
